AIKA — Aufblühen im klinischen Alltag
AIKA is SCFiM's 4-day residential workshop for physicians, delivered in German. Built on the University of Rochester's Mindful Practice in Medicine curriculum, it works on the situations the profession actually brings — suffering, errors, doubt, conflict, grief — through contemplative practice, structured peer dialogue and small-group inquiry, developing presence, compassion and meaning in clinical work. Recognised by SIWF/ISFM and supported by the University of Fribourg's continuing-education office. No meditation experience required.
