A global network
The network was born from the Mindful Practice in Medicine program developed at the University of Rochester (NY) by Professors Ron Epstein and Mick Krasner. Over two decades, their work has inspired a worldwide community of practitioners. SCFiM is proud to be one of the institutions globally recognized as a Flourishing in Medicine Center of Excellence.
The network is more than a list of names. It is a space for academic and clinical exchange, where educators, researchers, and clinicians share teaching approaches, research, and clinical experience, so that what is learned in one setting strengthens the rest.
